IHS recently worked with Fireworks Masonry on a Montreal Style commercial wood fired bagel oven built in Brooklyn, NY. The oven was designed by Alex Chernov of Stovemaster.

Chris has completed the requirements for the MHA's certified heater mason program and became the 38th certified heater mason in North America.
